Open week, then Halloween noon on FS1
Maryland Athletics locked the Illinois kick for Saturday, Oct. 31: noon Eastern at SECU Stadium on FS1. That gives College Park a clean open week after a Homecoming loss to Rutgers (30-37) dropped the Terps to 2-5 overall and 0-4 in the Big Ten with five straight defeats.
An open date after a skid is only useful if the staff turns it into fixes — protection, finishing drives, and a defensive plan that does not bleed chunk plays. Illinois is the next chance to stop the slide at home before the road stretch through Purdue and the rest of November.
Confirm updates and radio on the Terps board as Halloween week arrives.
