Wizards at Bulls — tip night in Chicago after the Toronto stumble

Road tip after a messy Friday

The Wizards tip at the Bulls tonight — 8 p.m. ET at United Center, with the DMV window on MNMT (confirm blackouts on your provider). Chicago is opening its home slate; Washington arrives 1-1 after Friday’s 112-102 home loss to Toronto (CBS Sports).

That Raptors night was a turnover clinic: Washington finished with 23 giveaways. Trae Young still posted a 22-point, 12-assist line. Anthony Davis cooled to nine points and nine boards after the Bucks opener splash. First overall pick AJ Dybantsa remains out with a left ankle sprain from the final exhibition; coach Brian Keefe had him as “progressing” before Toronto.

Clean up the ball, live with the road crowd, and stack a second win on the young season. We will lock the final when the box posts.

The Wizards page is the hub.
